Four Bettys, a women's quartet impressed the judges with their performance songs How Many Hearts and I'm Alone Because I Love You, earning them a total of 2736 points.

Four Bettys is composed of lead, Lynda Keever, an attorney; tenor, Joan Boutilier, a children's choir director; bass, Cori Albrecht, who works in public relations; and baritone, Heather Mears-Keever, who is a nurse. All four women are from Illinois.

Two of the quartet members, Lynda and Heather, are also mother and daughter.
